Returns Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for transit damage, which must be reported on the day of delivery with an unboxing video. Our handcrafted jewellery may have slight irregularities due to human craftsmanship. While all shipments undergo quality checks, customers must return damaged items at their own expense or contact support for return shipping. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary by country and customs—standard shipping takes 25-40 business days, and priority shipping takes 15-25 days. Weekends and public holidays are not working days. Emmadi Silver Jewellery is not responsible for customs delays or logistics issues. Shipping charges range from ₹4500-₹6000, depending on destination, payment mode, order value, and customs rules. Orders above ₹2.5 lakh qualify for free shipping, and bulk orders can be combined. Import duties and taxes must be paid upon delivery as per your country’s regulations. All shipments undergo quality checks, customs inspection, and X-ray scanning. International orders cannot be canceled.
